  1. 4 virtual 60-minutes workshops held weekly and led by Adriana Scali, Certified Human Resources Leader & seasoned HR Consultant & Coach.
  2. 1 individual consultation session for 30 minutes to get all your questions answered.
  3. A bundle of Employer Resources (guides, checklists, tip sheets, and templates) to help you write job descriptions, create a hiring plan, design an onboarding program, etc.

FAQs and Refund Policy

  1.     Will there be homework?

This program is designed to fit within your busy working schedule and to help you get ready to hire your first team members.  There is no homework assigned for evaluation, however as we will guide you through essential steps to prepare your business for hiring, we recommend that you complete those steps within the program timeline so you can reach out to us or your peers for support. 

  1.     Do I have to participate in every workshop?

It is highly recommended that you participate in every workshop, however we understand that circumstances arise where you may not be able to make it to a session.  Each workshop will be recorded and shared with all participants..  Please ensure you have a distraction-free space and turn your camera on for every session together 😊 

  1.     What is your refund policy?

 A full refund is provided if the cancellation is received in writing a minimum of 5 business days prior to the first workshop session.  From the first workshop day, there will be no refund provided.
