FAQs and Refund Policy
- Will there be homework?
This program is designed to fit within your busy working schedule and to help you get ready to hire your first team members. There is no homework assigned for evaluation, however as we will guide you through essential steps to prepare your business for hiring, we recommend that you complete those steps within the program timeline so you can reach out to us or your peers for support.
- Do I have to participate in every workshop?
It is recommended that you participate in every workshop, however we understand that circumstances arise where you may not be able to make it to a session. Each workshop will be recorded and shared with all participants for a specified period of time. Please ensure you have a distraction-free space and we encourage you to turn your camera on for our sessions together 😊
- What is your refund policy?
A full refund is provided if the cancellation is received in writing a minimum of 5 business days prior to the first workshop session. There will be no refunds provided for cancellations received after that time.
