Your organization will be assigned an HR Consultant/Business Partner who will link to the business and become an embedded member of your team. They will establish an HR presence in your organization and assist you with implementing a customized talent framework to support achievement of business goals and increase the bottom line.
How do we partner with your organization under Payroll & Benefits?
Your assigned HR Consultant/Business Partner acts as an internal HR Director working closely with the CEO/President and/or Executive Team to support the organization with HR strategy, policy and compliance, recruitment and retention, employee programs, and much more. In addition to project work, your HR Consultant/Business Partner will also coach your management team on how to effectively lead their teams and address employee relations issues, building leadership skills and capacity internally for your organization.
